  1. great work! I think i wold like to live in your mythologies – of course I would represent the advanced manifestation of masculine ( a true fantasy? but maybe not). it was paired quite nicely with the painting.
by the way I lived for a few years in cape breton nova scotia it was a place of extreme beauty especially the winters….

    • Thank you. One of many ekphrastic poems I’ve written over the years. And also one of many based in mythologies known and imagined.

Susan was a very good artist as well as an advocate for the mentally ill. She and her husband had wonderful parties filled with artists, musicians, midwives, drum circles, veggie food, interesting people. Maybe you meet her in Cape Breton.

I believe in the existence of good, strong, creative, loving, egalitarian, fair, supportive, committed, respectful, funny, sexy men. I’ve known a few. They make sweet, strong lovers.

      Thanks for reading and connecting.
